Nice staff, clean rooms, good rate, good location, Gym under the hotel free to use and very good value for money
The hotel is run by a family and they are very warm, welcoming and most accommodating; The staff are equally friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and functional. The breakfast is good value for money.
It is ideally located next to a Metro station - but the area is a bit rough;
A nice place at a nice price. Good to get out of hostels for a time and a very relaxing place.
No saucepans or cups in the appartment.
Short walk to centre of Brussels
No bulb in table lamp, no battery in wall clock, kettle but no cup or tea/coffee, fridge didn't work because it had a UK 3 pin plug, room was cold, LCD TV on wall bracket could not be adjusted so had to stand to watch the TV! and I was woken early at 8am by builders with hammers and drill in building next door!
Big and clean rooms, home-like feeling. The hotel is next to a metro station and 20 minutes walking distance from the centre
Clean basic large apartments at a very fair price. Convenient for the Metro and Gare du Nord. Nice buffet breakfast included. Staff friendly and helpfull.
Pretty rough area.
Bad smell in the room, no luggage room/extra payment, bad location
Transport - Metro station across the road, good breakfast, renovated and spacious room + bathroom, kitchenette, tv, value for money
No view of the surrounding (loft window looking at the sky), elevator only going to 4th floor (room on 5th)
. quiet and large room, breakfast
the room was nice and friendly, but especially allowed us to have our daughters with us
the area was not nice and a not up to an hotel standards but ok for a short term stay
Absolutely amazing room, it was a huge apartment, beautifully decorated, so much space, living room with 3 sofas, huge bedroom, kitchen with fridge, hob and table and chairs. big bay windows over looking street, good view. location 20 mins walk from city centre/grand place, or 5 mins by metro, station was seconds from hotel. Fantastic breakfast, so much food, close to grocery shops, off license and cafes. Staff very helpful, good english and those who had little english still helped us find stations and shops and trams. Tram line outside hotel goes direct to Heysel an attraction in itself, so also good route to Mini-Europe from hotel. Fantastic decor in reception, and computer with internet access for free, modern, clean and excellent value for money. Would Love to go back and stay a week to make good use of apartment!
I couldn't work the key in the door, as it got stuck. My partner had to always lock and unlock door. Would recommend key being looked at.
Close to the metro station, the room (very big) -> loft, breakfast included, very nice staff
Elevator only till 4th floor and the hotel has 6 floors
This is good value for your money. The room was nice, althought it looked as if it had been decorated by "The Nanny" (curtains were ping, blankets had a tiger design, carpet had a daisy). That was fun ;-)
I am used to at least a double bed even for a single room, this was a small bed.
I really like the fact that u feel like home, very comfortable, the staff are very polite ,the room are very spacious and the breakfast was the best one I had in all the hotels have been staying...
I didn't like the vue
Because of a booking error I only paid 15 Euros for one night in a double room for a room which pretended to cost 150 on this day... I dont know if they gave us the worst room of all but it was still unfinished and the quality of the furniture was really bad !! The whole hotel pretends to be a stylish modern hotel but everything was really spartan and without any quality! Would not have paid more than 30 euros for this room.. Had better stays even in budget hostels!
